About Gábor

I've taught more fellow coalesce than i can remember. Preparing to tests, helping someone's brother, sister, children was occasional too. Probably my biggest achievement was with a young musician from a private school to whom i had to teach a year of syllabus in math and physics in two weeks. He went through with flying colours, and was even interested in the physical description of the world, at least for like two weeks (still better than nothing :) ).

Also it wasn't that long ago when I've jumped into the field. It was around mid-2015 when I became interested in Cosmology, Astrophysics, hence Math and Physics. Before that I knew literally nothing. I mean nothing. And because the relatively fresh experience of learning everything I know today, I know how I've got there, how I could understand the PhD Thesis of Louise de Broglie on matter wave, the time dilation in Special Relativity. As I was learning I was explaining it to friends and I developed my way of 'teaching'. The concept of why someone understand Physics is basically unknown among my fellow Physics Undergraduates as well as most of the teachers. I was lucky to have a great teacher in High School who made me understand certain principles which could be applied into any field, not just science.

TL;DR:
- Willing to teach anyone who's not above my current academic level (1st year UG)
- Technique: subjectively finding a imaginative explanation to concepts and how that is written by Math. Then problem solving and practice for better understanding.
- Me: Kind, patient, with an annoying sense of humor :)

-------------------------------

Throughout the past years everyone I taught had to be approached by different methodology.

Putting physical concepts into imaginable scenarios is the way I was able understand concepts of Relativity and Quantum mechanics. Once the image of the given problem is understood the rest is math. Just connecting dots.
The right image is subjective, one likes to think more abstractly than other, and to be honest I usually have more patience than whom I'm explaining to. But it all worth the effort once the fulfilment of understanding arrives.

It is also important for one to be able to find where their understanding stuck and how to find the answers independently. As I experienced it is not taught in schools even though it's a crucial skill for personal development in the future of a student. As soon as one is able to autodidact anything he/she is interested in, the joy in learning arises. This is the hardest part of mentoring and obviously I can't say I can successfully achieve it with everyone, but I am driven to try make it possible for everyone I can.

As I can move around by public transport/walking, if it takes a lot of time I would like it to be somewhat balanced.
