About Jane
I have an undergraduate degree in Astrophysics and am very passionate about science communication.
I have experience giving private grinds and working as a tutor in a university setting. While studying in UCC, I was a lab demonstrator and tutored over 400 students per year taking an introductory physics course. I received the UCC Student Nominated Postgraduate Demonstrator of the Year award in 2022 and was nominated again in 2023.
I have over 4 years of experience working professionally in science communication, conducting workshops, planetarium shows and more for students of all levels and the general public. I have even designed an educational board game about exoplanets!
