About Joe
I bring a rare mix of real-world experience and advanced education to every session. With three master’s degrees (MBA, MSIT, MSMIS), multiple industry certifications (PMP, ITIL4, Agile, and many more), and ongoing PhD-level research in Information Systems, I don’t just understand the material—I know how to apply it.
But what matters most is how I teach. I own my tutoring business and Superprof is just one of the ways that I gain students.
I’ve worked with students of all ages — from elementary to adult learners — as a tutor, district substitute teacher (for two counties), and ESL instructor, my approach is simple: when learning feels clear, engaging, and not stressful, students perform much better. I focus on breaking down complex topics into practical, easy-to-understand concepts while building confidence along the way. So, you not only succeed on this exam, but succeed in anything else you do in life.
