About Ellie
My name is Ellie and I am a year 12 student passionate about learning. I chose to be a tutor because I love sharing knowledge and helping others build confidence in their studies. I really enjoy seeing students reach their potential with the right support, and even become more enthusiastic about their school work. I am highly organised in my tutoring - committed to providing the student with high quality learning materials including homework (if requested), worksheets, etc. that I create myself to best align with their learning needs. My first lesson is free so why not give it a go?:)

So far, I have tutored 4 students all with amazing results - one of my students learning maths went up 2 NAPLAN bands with my help, and I was so happy to help her succeed.
My approach to tutoring is focusing on the topics the student has trouble with, and helping them learn it in a way that they can understand. I like to organise my lessons, and I am happy to provide homework for each one if requested.
A typical lesson length would be 1 hour, but I am flexible with this - and additionally, I am able to tutor students up to year 10.
I have experience in a wide range of subjects, due to partaking both IB and VCE subjects. I can teach French (I have 6 years of experience), maths up to year 10, English and biology.
My hourly rate is also open to negotiation but ranges around 35 dollars.
