About Konstantin

I'm Konstantin or coach Koko - an athletic tainer out of passion. For years I have been accompanying many athletes on their way to better performance on and off the sports field.

I have an A fitness trainer license, a personal trainer license and have been training to become a physiotherapist at one of the for about a year best schools in Hamburg.

Until a few years ago, I only did my job as an athletic trainer as a part-time job, as I once completed a Master of Arts degree in politics and history and then went through various jobs. But the passion for athletic performance made me take this new path to become an athletic trainer.

I've worked with athletes in many ball sports - from basketball Bundesliga (Hamburg Towers) to professional ballet dancers (Kiel Ballet) and tennis players in the regional league (SV Blankenese, 1st women).

I love science and the integration of it into training through the use of the latest training knowledge and methods. In doing so, I attach great importance to conscious training control and the adaptation to the needs and goals of the athlete, because after all it is always about them and not me as the coach.

A few words about myself personally:
Me In addition to athletic training, I have over ten years of experience in tennis and ski training. Do all sorts of sports yourself and most recently played basketball in the 2nd regional league.

About the lesson

For many years I have been training athletes - hobby, amateur and professional - so that they can celebrate more productive and injury-resilient successes in their sport. I trained athletes in handball, tennis, soccer, basketball and ballet. Last year I was even on the road for a month with the Hamburg Towers and support the athletic training of the men's Bundesliga team.

At the moment I am working as an athletic trainer in a large Hamburg tennis club, where I am the athletic trainer for young players and the 1 .Women (regional league) responsible.

In addition to my practical work, I have conceptualized a new trainer license in the field of athletics (not yet bookable) for Online Trainer License GmbH - one of the largest German providers of training in the fitness sector, and wrote the 276-page learning script and all theoretical ones Exams developed.

Therefore, my strength is the very special connection between practice and theory. The latest methods are used to improve your athleticism as well as methods that have stood the test of time.

My courses are therefore aimed at all athletes who want to raise their performance to a new level and at the same time be less susceptible to Want to get injuries.
