About Ethan
Hey! I'm Ethan. I'm an undergraduate student at the University of Scranton. In 2026 I'll be receiving my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. I took part in color guard from the summer of 2018 all the way through the summer of 2022 where I got to compete amongst the prestigious top 6 Drum Corps International world class corps. I'm super into art, design, and cars!

I know I always learn best watching my past teachers and professors doing what they taught. My favorite instructors always helped me understand the concept before telling me how to do the problem(s). It really helped me apply what I knew to newer concepts and I'd like to tutor that way! I'll do a problem with the student and explain what is happening at the same time. Then I'll do the rest of the problems and check the answer key before the student finishes. We'll compare solutions and talk about any discrepancies. I can help best with math and most sciences from 8th-12th grade. (courses like AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Physics C etc. I do not have experience with and cannot help with them unfortunately)
