About Nicole
I have been playing piano since 2005 at the age of 7.
I began working as an assistant piano and music theory teacher in 2012.
I started my own private piano lessons in 2016 after graduating highschool.
I have experience working with ages 7-68 and I enjoy teaching beginners! I believe anyone can learn at any age.

I like to keep lessons as relaxed as possible.
My preferred books I like to use with my students is The Leila Fletcher series.
I will document each lesson in a notebook that you will keep in your own home.
Regular lessons will have the structure of sight reading names of the notes, counting the rhythm, and playing through the piece.
I want the lessons to be fun and informative for the students. Any parents that wish to sit and listen are more than welcome to and I encourage my students to communicate what they think throughout the lesson.

1 hour lessons for $45
The first meeting will be 30 minutes long and free of charge. I would like to get to know the student and the family and it will most likely involve a bit of piano playing, about 10 minutes.
