About Simon
I am a qualified teacher and lecturer.
I have also led a number of international creative agencies that produced huge events and communication programmes for organisations in every field. I have also written speeches for business leaders and politicians and have helped some of the world's leaders to make brilliant presentations. In addition, I've helped all sorts of people get a focus on their lives and to get their mindsets changed from a negative state to a positive one.
Speaking in public and making powerful presentations are achievements that can be enjoyed by most people. The right focus, practice and careful thought are what's required as well as careful coaching.

My focus is encouraging the positive and building on what a student is already good at. This is predicated on the fact that everyone is good at something when it comes to a focus on public speaking or on making decisions about next stages in life. I coach rather than instruct and ensure that small steps can be just as important is big leaps.
With subject teaching I enhance what a student already understands and work on the basis of building both a relationship of trust and also one of taking measured steps.
