About Robert
I am the author of *Peace in the Furnace*, a book born out of my own experience of spiritual depression and my journey towards a deeper understanding of God's Word, His grace, and the peace and joy found in Jesus Christ.
I am not a psychologist or a formally trained theologian. I write and teach as someone who has personally experienced the struggles I seek to help others understand. My journey has taught me that spiritual depression is often misunderstood, and that sincere Christians can struggle with guilt, fear, doubts about their salvation, and a loss of joy in their relationship with the Lord.
My passion is to help Christians understand these struggles through the teaching of Scripture. In a relaxed and welcoming setting, we explore difficult questions, examine biblical truth, and consider how the gospel speaks to our fears, failures, and spiritual discouragement.
My book has received a foreword from a professor of theology who commended its accessible explanation of theology and its practical value for Christians seeking a deeper understanding of their faith.
You do not need a theological background to benefit from these lessons. My aim is to walk alongside you as we explore God's Word together, helping you grow in understanding, find renewed confidence in His grace, and rediscover the joy of knowing the Lord.
These lessons offer biblical guidance and Christian encouragement, not psychological diagnosis or professional therapy. My desire is to help struggling Christians discover that their questions can be faced honestly and that, even in the furnace, there is hope in Christ.

My lessons are based on my book, *Peace in the Furnace*, and are designed to help Christians who struggle with spiritual depression, doubts, guilt, fear, and a loss of joy in their relationship with the Lord.
My approach is relaxed, personal, and grounded in the Bible. Together, we explore the spiritual struggles you may be experiencing, examine what Scripture teaches, and discover how the truth of the gospel speaks to your questions and fears.
Each lesson provides an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your personal struggles, and develop a clearer understanding of God's grace, the assurance of salvation, and the peace and joy found in Jesus Christ.
These lessons are suitable for new believers, mature Christians, and anyone who longs to grow in their faith and understand the Christian life more deeply. No formal theological knowledge is required—just a willingness to learn and explore God's Word.
My aim is to help you move beyond confusion and discouragement towards a deeper understanding of your faith, a more settled assurance in Christ, and a renewed appreciation of the joy of walking with the Lord.
