About Omar
I have just finished year 13 at one of the top sixth forms in London, Brampton Manor Academy and I’m now awaiting A level results for which I have been predicted:
A* - Further Maths
A* - Maths
A - Computer Science.
I have applied to study pure mathematics at University, and have been offered places at oxford university, imperial college London and 3 other Russell group universities.
I was been the Highest all round achiever in both my primary, and secondary school.
And I won an award for the highest achiever in GCSE for the london borough of Waltham forest.
I achieved 11 GCSE’s including:
9 – Maths
A* – Further Maths
9 – Computer Science
9 – Physics
I am enthusiastic about helping people, and so dedicated to providing the best lessons possible.
I have a calm and patient manner, which can be useful for tutoring students who are struggling or less confident.
I`ve had a passion for maths since an early age (apparently even since nursery!)

Methods for teaching maths have change drastically over the years, and therefore there may be differences in the methods between parents and children. When I was in year 11, I was asked to tutor year 9 learners in maths.
I have received tuition for a number of years and fully understand how much it can really push you forwards
All the students I currently tutor are online.
I usually operate using an interactive online whiteboard which both the students and I can interact with, along with zoom, so I can see the students facial expressions to make sure they are understanding the work.
At the end of the session students can download the online whiteboard, to save all the work done during the lesson.
