About Brad

I have often said "the single most important skill in any business is the ability to establish, nurture and maintain dynamic, appropriate, lifelong professional relationships. This is THE skill that will propel you in your creative space, no matter the current climate." I'm a 65-year-old Actor, Writer, Producer, Educator, Entrepreneur and Creative. I make award-winning Films and Theatre and create Tech, Social Impact and Entertainment Companies with my friends from Middle and High School and my former students. Relationships are my superpower. With over 100 Film (The Distinguished Gentleman, Fright Night 2, Sandtrap), Theatre (Scorchers, The Fighting Quaker), TV (Friends, Scrubs, VIP) and Commercial credits (dozens of nationals), I have a great deal of knowledge about the simple "to dos" and have LIVED the "what NOT to dos". I've taught at Conferences, Institutions and FIlm Festivals throughout the world and have spoken at the United Nations. As someone who knows the ins and outs of the industry, if I'M not the right teacher, I will REFER the right teacher. I do not like to see creatives led astray. I'm off to Africa this October to teach Master classes to professionals at the YORA AWARDS and the KENYA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL.

About the lesson

My acting coaches ranged from the legendary Paul Sills and Jeff Corey to my dear friend, business partner and collaborator Val Kilmer. I've worked on both sides of the desk in Film, Theatre and TV. I've continued to mentor my former students (I've had thousands) in professional projects. My work ranges from the basics in Audition and Scenework techniques to getting out of your own way through Spolin, Boal and other improvisational exercises. I also teach on creating opportunities, communication skills and professional preparation.

I think a one-hour introductory visit ($100) can lead to a conversation about additional sessions (online, live and in person) and you will leave with the knowledge YOU need to create an individualized plan. I'm not as interested in coaching on auditions and on-camera techniques (although I do do that), as I am about what steps you are taking, what you need to do, where the gaps are and how to move forward. You will leave inspired, empowered and there will be much information thrown your way.
