Kathy specializes in teaching children, and believes that lessons should be fun. Each lesson consists on note reading, ear training, finger placement, and conversation aimed at learning about the individual student and what their interests are so that they may be used as a basis for teaching theory (for instance, if the student likes memes and gaming music and has learned the right hand melody by ear they are a wonderful opportunity for building theory around).

Details
Lessons are generally a half hour long ($30) as that is about as much as a beginning student can handle. As time progresses if this needs to be changed I am always happy to discuss this.
