About Mark

I am an award-winning organist, pianist, conductor, and music educator with more than 50 years of professional experience and over 50 years of experience teaching private students. I have worked with students of all ages and ability levels, from those taking their very first lesson to accomplished musicians seeking to refine their technique and interpretation.

Throughout my career, I have directed music programs and choirs for children and adults and performed extensively as both organist and pianist. My teaching combines high professional standards with patience, encouragement, humor, and a genuine love of helping each student discover and develop their own musical abilities.

About the lesson

Lessons are thoughtfully tailored to each student’s goals, abilities, and musical interests. I build a strong technical foundation while nurturing musicianship, expressive interpretation, and a lasting enjoyment of music. Students of all levels—from beginners to advanced—are welcome in piano, organ, voice, and choral conducting, with patient, encouraging, and professional instruction every step of the way.
