About Tshegofatso Eunice
My name is Tshegofatso Eunice Motsieloa and currently doing my Postgraduate Certificate In Eduction. One of my long-term dreams/goals is to become an Educational Psychologist and the reason for this is because I have always been interested to work with children and also focusing more in the gaps that exist in the educational system. This them pushed me into wanting to first become a teacher. The teaching profession does not really get enough credit and in South Africa not much appreciation is given to good teachers but light is given to teachers that abuse children or misuse their power. This then made want to show children that good teachers that are driven to grow and nurture children in both classrooms and personally do exist.Being and educator that provides a secure space for learners is what continues to motivate me and this will lead to the betterment of their intellectual, psychological and personal development. These work together into developing a better society and that's my goal as an aspiring teacher

While doing my Psychology degree I learnt more on different learning styles and various ways of communicating, this then means I have excellent interpersonal communication skills that will be effective when working with others. Being able to engage with learners in ways that makes them easy to understand the content is my primary goal while also making sure that each lesson is delivered in ways that will be enriching and interesting for all learners. Delivering lessons that are age appropriate and are created to suit individual learning needs and styles is also a main goal for each of my lessons.
