About Daria
I have graduated from an international Cambridge secondary school, with all my IGCSE and A-Levels grades above A.
Notably, I have received A*A*A* A-Level Computer Science, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics.
I have graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Groningen, a Top-50 University in world rankings.
I taught Computer Science as a full-time teacher at an international school for 2 years, where 90% of my students achieved above a B in A-Level Computer Science.

My lessons are designed primarily for students studying Cambridge International (CIE) Computer Science, for IGCSE and A-Level. I teach Python or Java, with a stronger preference for Python.
My teaching approach is focused on understanding rather than memorization.
I break complex topics into smaller, manageable steps and explain them using clear examples, diagrams, pseudocode, and practical programming exercises. I also use the inverted classroom model, where theory is assigned at home, and problem-solving is done during the lesson.
I place strong emphasis on exam technique. We work with Cambridge-style questions and past papers so that students learn how to recognize what a question is asking, structure their answers correctly, and avoid common mistakes that can cost marks.
Lessons can be adapted for students at different levels, whether they are starting from the basics, trying to catch up, or aiming for the highest possible grade.
All lessons are conducted online.
