I first get to know students as individuals outside of their learning and find out from them what they require and their needs I then design a lesson plan and study guide for students according to their traits. Each session is an hour long and the focus is mainly on enhancing the learners arithmetic abilities to ensure that they are able to carry out basic arithmetic throughout their lives.
