Sandeep as I have known has got leadership qualities which in my opinion is very important if you have to be a teacher or impart knowledge to someone. He took home tuition classes for my brother Suhas during his 12th grade. He mainly focused on Physics and I am happy and proud to say Suhas scored 94% in physics in his CBSE board exam.
