About Austin
About myself:
I love teaching! I love helping others find knowledge and pursue a greater goal for themselves. My tutoring sessions will be relaxed and enjoyable, have fun with the process! Feel free to ask me anything. You matter!
Also,
I have over 4 years of experience in the profession of coaching. I was also a wrestling coach in the elementary school, high school, and college setting on top of my fitness career. Being in those occupations has helped me succeed in leading many group fitness sessions involving at times over 30 individuals whose ages ranged from 5-75 years of age. I am at my best with small groups and individual sessions though.

Happy to help! My degree in exercise science on top of 2 years tutoring privately and voluntarily for individuals in both highschool and college has resulted in advanced knowledge of the human body and how it functions! I also have learning techniques that make understanding and memorizing exponentially easier!

I will be more than happy to assist you in proper form, posture, and each specific step of the exercise from start to finish. I am also more than happy to take you through a number of exercises that will benefit anyone in any stage of their life!
