About Jeremy

I graduated from High School as an Ontario Scholar, and have recently completed my degree and graduated from Ontario Tech University. I'm currently studying at Seneca College for a post-graduate certification in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

I've previously tutored in High School with positive feedback and results. I am currently considering pursuing a Bachelor's of Education. and outside of Superprof, I'm also currently working as a Programming Instructor.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is a student-centered approach. It is flexible and will be tailored to the needs of the student.

I see my role being to help the students learn, and comprehend the subject material, and also to measure learning through questions and assignments.

An example class format would be to have one part where we discuss things on a conceptual level and answer questions, and a second part where we would practice the material to ensure understanding - I would assign problems or perhaps small projects. This would be primarily virtual. I would also be willing to assist with test preparation, answer questions about other subjects, offer assistance with assignments, and so forth - if you need something special, feel free to reach out and ask.

My classes would be for any age group, and the level can be adjusted accordingly.

I have experience with learning disabilities, and excel at breaking larger concepts into smaller pieces that are easy to understand. I'm a good listener, and am able to identify gaps in understanding which can then be addressed.
