About Winona
Instruction begins with a clear focus on the fundamentals of your instrument. You deserve a teacher who emphasizes clarity in every movement. My degree from The Glenn Gould School influences how I structure your progress. We address left hand agility and shifting positions during every meeting.
Grade exam prep for ABRSM or Trinity is available upon request. Tuning by ear is a daily requirement. Scales and arpeggios sharpen your focus.
Sight reading becomes easier with time. Vibrato is added when you are ready. I share a monthly progress report with parents to keep you informed of your status.
