About Maria
My career began in 2004 in Madrid where I studied Sports Coaching, in 2011 I graduated in Sports Sciences and then I graduated in Physical Education Teaching.
But my passion for physical activity and health have taken me to different parts of the world to learn new techniques and disciplines.
The last five years I lived a great adventure in one of the most revolutionary places in the world of Fitness, California.
There I acquired innovative knowledge and a lifestyle that allows me to feel good both outside and inside.
My experience training different people around the world has made me understand the needs of each student, personalizing their sessions to the maximum and achieving their goals effectively.
I am happy to be able to help people achieve a better quality of LIFE.
