About Eric

I have experience as a student leader and a call center agent, where I learned how to deal with situations that require professionalism, patience, and a proper understanding of the situation.

During my time as a student leader, I had the opportunity to meet and work with various professionals who deeply influenced me as a person. They helped shape the way I communicate, how I respond to different situations, and how I interact with others.

On the other hand, my experience as a call center agent taught me a lot about handling different and challenging situations. I learned that regardless of how difficult a situation may be, there is always a solution when approached with a calm mind and clear thinking. This is something I have applied to myself.

I believe that these experiences are not merely positions I once held, but opportunities that shaped who I am and how I relate to and support others. The lessons and skills I gained from these experiences are things I would like to apply as a tutor, allowing me to guide students with professionalism, patience, understanding, and a genuine willingness to help them learn.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to explain concepts in the simplest way possible, as if I were explaining them to an elementary student. I use simple words, easy-to-understand explanations, and examples from our daily lives so students can easily relate to the lesson. I also try to create a comfortable and friendly environment by getting closer to my students and encouraging them to feel less shy when asking questions. For me, understanding the concept is more important than simply memorizing it.

My typical lesson follows these steps:

Review → Introduction → Discussion → Examples → Practice → Correction/Feedback → Summarization

What sets me apart is my genuine desire to share my knowledge with my students. I would not feel satisfied knowing that I was unable to help my students understand something. This motivates me to always give my best, be patient with my students, and apply my skills and knowledge in everything I do. I believe that teaching is not only about delivering information, but also about making sure that the student truly understands and learns.

My lessons are for students or learners who want to improve their English skills, English for Accounting, and Basic Accounting. I can also assist beginners who want to develop their basic technical skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
