About Bahar
Hello Dear Students and Parents!
I'm Bahar (which means spring the season), I recently graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biology. I have always enjoyed learning and practicing Math and Science, and healthcare is the field I hope to focus on more in the near future.
I have volunteered at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Aberdeen Hospital, BC Cancer, and Victoria Arts Council. And don’t worry — I’m not a robot who only loves science! I also enjoy art, music, coloring, cooking, reading, and writing poems in my mother tongue, Persian.
I hope we can meet in person, and I would love to support you in your learning journey.

Hi everyone!
Having studied in both Iran and Canada, I’ve experienced two different educational approaches. Through this, I’ve learned that teaching is not about sitting in front of students speaking while they silently try to keep up; it’s about sitting beside them, learning with them, and practicing together.
I always tell my students that for every question or chapter they struggle with, they only need a few simple steps:
1. Take a deep breath.
2. Take a sip of water.
3. Remember that there is nothing they cannot learn or solve.
4. Start again with a new perspective.
Because learning is not about pressure, it’s about confidence, patience, and guidance.
