About Sricharan
I can kindly say though I am not certified to be a teacher or tutor, many parents and students were proud to hire me as their tutor due to my knowledge and degree. Though some parents did wonder about my teaching and tutoring skills, I allowed them to visualize what I am tutoring about and why I can be a better choice for their child.
Qualities:
1. Degree or diploma: B.S, in Medicine (though from foreign college, acceptable around the world and in US)
2. Patient and understanding as to the traits and characteristics of the student
3. Honest and hard working
4. Believe in the motto: No Child Left Behind (Fed Law that will be applied to all students, regardless of the race, status, gender, and age)
5. Beneficial in Price Cost ( I don’t believe student’s education should be compared to price).
6. Own transport to come to you
Negative qualities:
1. Not a certified educator ( tutor/ teacher)
2.Traveling distance limited to15 miles from base ( Upland, CA)

Different school districts and teachers within a district have different approaches to teaching lessons. As a tutor I need to understand the topics being taught daily and in the past and future to integrate the lessons and to find alternate solutions to help the student learn.
My number one aspect and virtue for any student I tutor is PATIENCE. I will allow the student to understand and grasp the concepts, whether it is is through visual interpretation, oral interpretation, or through exams.
But regrdless of how the student learns my focus is on quizzes and questions. That helps me understand how much the student has grasped of a lesson and whether or not I can push forward with other lessons.
My priorities in teaching:
>lessons from teacher
>alternate methods of understanding the lessons
>visual or oral instructions
>questions (quizzes, questions, etc)
