Teaching Methodology entails helping an individual identify their current dietary and exercise habits, daily routine and mindset towards diet and exercise. Self-monitoring and evaluation of their current dietary habits, sleep schedule and exercise regime (if physical activity is included into their current routine), followed by goal setting and execution of an attainable plan to obtain the desires and needs of a healthy lifestyle held by the individual.
Applicable for: Individuals who are interested in adopting a healthier lifestyle through dietary changes and exercise habits
Not applicable for: Individuals who aim to cure medical/ health conditions through use of the teaching methodology. Individuals with eating disorders/ disordered eating behaviour
