About Dan
I became a qualified Counsellor in 2016 and then began working with adultsand young people. I am passionate about sharing what I know to manage stress and mental health because life can be tough, but we can be tougher! (Cheesy I know) But its true a little bit about me,I'm also a father to be and have one of the UK's biggest german shepherds!

Hi I'm Dan, I have worked in mental health for over ten years to help people from all walks of life learn how to better manage stress, worries, anxious feelings and especially conflict and unhealthy relationships. I really care about what I do and the people I work with so will always provide a kind, friendly and confidential service whilst making sure I provide safe place to share and learn.
