About Sunjith

I am a dedicated Badminton Coach with 3 years of coaching experience and 12 years of playing experience, along with a strong background in fitness and personal training. I want to share my knowledge with my future students to help them grow not only as players but also as disciplined and confident individuals. My goal is to guide them with the right techniques, mindset, and training to achieve their full potential.

About the lesson

My badminton classes are designed to develop players at all levels by focusing on fundamental skills, advanced techniques, and overall fitness. Each session includes warm-up exercises, footwork drills, stroke training, and match practice. I also provide pro-level shuttle feeding sessions to improve reaction time, shot accuracy, and consistency. Fitness and endurance training are integrated to enhance strength, agility, and on-court performance
