About Yulia

I began dancing in Russia at the age of ten, and dance has remained an essential part of my life ever since. I later competed at respected American ballroom competitions, including the Embassy Ballroom Championship, Nevada Star Ball Dancesport Championship, and Desert Classic Dancesport Championships.

My professional experience extends far beyond the competition floor. I have toured internationally as a dancer with celebrity singers, performed in numerous music videos, and choreographed stage performances and creative projects. I also taught at Arthur Murray Dance Studio, where I worked with students of different ages, abilities, and experience levels.

My background as a competitive dancer, performer, choreographer, and instructor allows me to teach more than steps. I help students develop technique, musicality, posture, confidence, self-expression, and genuine presence on the dance floor. Most importantly, I create a supportive environment where beginners feel comfortable learning, making mistakes, and discovering what their bodies can do.

About the lesson

I believe everyone can dance. If you can walk, you already have the foundation of movement—you simply need to learn how to connect it with rhythm, music, and confidence.

My lessons are designed especially for complete beginners who want to try something new, feel comfortable in their bodies, and become confident on the dance floor. No previous dance experience is required, and there is no pressure to be perfect.

I also work with women who want to reconnect with their femininity, feel more sensual and expressive, improve their posture and body awareness, and reclaim their confidence and personal power through movement.

It is never too late to learn something new. In fact, I especially encourage you to begin if you believe you cannot dance, feel too old, or have allowed fear and other limiting beliefs to stop you. Your power, growth, and freedom may be waiting on the other side of the very thing you are afraid to try.

Each lesson is personalized, supportive, and enjoyable. We begin with simple steps and gradually develop rhythm, coordination, technique, musicality, and self-expression. My goal is not only to teach you how to dance, but to help you feel confident, elegant, free, and fully alive when you move.
