Methodology
I'm a professional dance instructor certified with Dance Vision International (DVIDA). I have a background in adult learning and corporate training as well.
I specialize in customized training tailored to your unique learning style and goals. I take the approach of learning who you are first to ensure your training is successful and applicable to your life goals.
Background
I have more than 10 years experience teaching individuals, couples and group classes in all styles of partner dancing. I work with all ages, from primary school to senior citizens.
Dance is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind. My students have transformed their lives and bodies learning to dance. From increased personal and social confidence, to better coordination, balance and fitness, and improved mood and mental alertness.
