I am a Teacher by choice. I have worked for Govt. of India for 5 years and for a nationalised bank as a manager for 1 year. I have left my job for a full time career in something that I love doing.

I have seen a lot of objectivity in our school education system. This highly mechanical approach of learning discourages intellectual development of the learner. Mathematics suffers the worst, Because of this, I venture into the part which is something else than solving problems. This systematic, conceptual approach makes learning mathematics interesting and develops the ability to perform in any test you might face.
