Methodology

My method of teaching is to talk about the lesson, make sure everyone is ready and then play a short video on the topic. Since this is a cooking class I would have prepared (pun intended) a few videos on the dish to be prepared, or a checklist, if it were to be a lesson on proper kitchen safety, techniques or presentation.

Background

I've been cooking for over 10 years, good at preparing from scratch, being lazy and giving pointers. My goal here is to teach people how to cook for themselves (and others if needed) because home cooking is an important skill to have in life. However, I don't work with tofu or exotic seafood.
