Over the past decade, coaching girls' basketball from ages 5 to 18 has been a journey marked by passion, dedication, and continuous learning. My teaching method revolves around fostering a supportive and empowering environment where each player feels valued and encouraged to reach her full potential. I prioritize skill development through a combination of drills, scrimmages, and game simulations, tailored to the age and skill level of each group. A typical lesson plan begins with dynamic warm-ups and fundamental skill drills, followed by team-building exercises and strategic gameplay scenarios. What sets me apart as a coach is my commitment to holistic player development, emphasizing not only technical proficiency but also sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership skills. These lessons are designed for girls of all skill levels, from beginners taking their first steps onto the court to seasoned players striving to refine their abilities.
