About Dorcas
Teaching is less about the numbers and more about stripping away the fear of COMPLEX FINANCIAL MODELING. I started helping students 11 years ago because the technical side of corporate finance is often taught with too much fluff.
Having worked with 381 students, I know exactly where the disconnect happens during cost of capital or portfolio theory discussions. My BBA Finance degree from NYU Stern shapes how I handle CFA foundations and financial statement analysis. You will walk away from our sessions ready to handle the pressure of the job market.

Starting with the basics during our initial call, we look at how you handle your current workflow before jumping into the heavy theory. I provide a financial-model template shared directly with you to ensure you have a professional foundation for your future corporate finance projects. After 11 years of coaching students through cost of capital and portfolio theory, I focus on building your technical confidence for the workplace.
My NYU Stern training guarantees that we analyze statement structures with the same rigor used in actual investment firms. You will find that these methods stay relevant long after our session concludes, and I hope this becomes the standard for your career.
