About Sharon
I'm Sharon doing Bcom Economics at University of Limpopo. I'm doing lessons to help every learner to understand accounting and economics. Reflecting on my initial expectations 1. *Hands-on experience:* I expected to be actively involved in supporting learners and educators, and I was given meaningful tasks that helped me apply my knowledge in real situations. 2. *Personal growth:* I hoped the program would challenge me and help me grow—and it did. I developed confidence, patience, and stronger communication skills. 3. *Making a difference:* I expected to contribute positively to the school community, and seeing the impact of our support on learners confirmed that. 4. *Teamwork and collaboration:* I looked forward to working with others, and I was able to collaborate effectively with peers, staff, and learners.

Lesson focused on key Grade 12 concepts in Accounting and Economics.* In Accounting, we explored the preparation of financial statements, including the Income Statement and Balance Sheet, helping learners understand how businesses measure performance. In Economics, we discussed the Circular Flow Model and the role of government in the economy. Learners engaged in real-life examples and short activities to connect theory to practical situations. The goal was to build a strong foundation and boost exam readiness.
