I am Lesiba, a PhD candidate in mathematics from **** University. I know Nompumelelo as a school mate and as a colleague, as I am her manager.

She is a very meticulous and inquisitive individual who is well-read in subject matters that she engages in. Her communication skills are shaped, i.e she pays attention to the ones she communicates with and always responds to her audience point of view.
