As a private tutor I aim to use a method that is student-centered, adaptive, and outcome-driven. I believe that every learner is different, so I tailor each lesson to best suit the individual learner’s goals, learning style, and pace. What makes me unique as a teacher is my ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging through real-life examples, interactive activities, and positive reinforcement. I also prioritize creating a comfortable, encouraging environment where students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes—because that’s how real learning happens. I am proficient in English, Sepedi, Isizulu, IsiXhosa, and Setswana and can comfortably teach in any of these languages depending on the learner’s preference. A typical lesson with me is structured yet flexible. We’ll start by reviewing goals and previous material, then move into a tailored session that includes: - Clear explanations and examples - Interactive practice (e.g. problem-solving, discussion, exercises) - Immediate feedback and guidance - Recaps and strategies for continued learning My lessons are designed for high school learners who are in grade 10-12.
