About Phemelo
Hi, I’m Phemelo, a BCom Quantitative Finance student and a former 2025 matric learner who achieved 3 distinctions in Economics, Business Studies and Life Orientation.
My goal is to make difficult topics simple, practical and easier to understand and remember. I use real-world scenarios and everyday examples to help students connect what they learn in class to situations they can relate to.
I teach in English and vernacular, adapting each lesson to the student’s level and needs. Lessons include clear explanations, practical examples, guided questions and exam-focused practice.
I aim to help students improve their marks, build confidence and work towards achieving distinctions. Whether you need help understanding the basics, preparing for a test or pushing your marks to the next level, I will work with you step by step to reach your academic goals.

I make difficult topics simple, practical and easier to remember. My teaching approach uses real-world scenarios and everyday examples so students can understand how what they learn applies outside the classroom.
I teach Economics, Business Studies and Life Orientation in English and vernacular. Lessons are tailored to each student's level, with clear explanations, practical examples, guided questions and exam-focused practice.
My goal is not only to help students understand their work, but to help them improve their marks, build confidence and aim for a distinction. I want every student to leave each lesson understanding the work better and feeling more prepared for their next test or exam.

Each class is 1 hour and 5 minutes (65 minutes). The extra 5 minutes are included at no additional cost because I believe that those few extra minutes of focused study can make a real difference sometimes, the difference between a distinction, a pass, or a fail.
