About Lingyi
An artisan of woven element furniture restoration of 25 years, I turned to beadwork to express the creative elements in my mind and now focus on how slower, stitch by stitch crafts can be a healing modality against our everyday stresses and the dysregulation caused by the relentless pace of life.

Beadwork lessons focus in part on colour theory and pairing as well as form creation, but largely help bring students to a place of focusing in the present moment in order to expand and rest the mind with learned hand motions of beadwork stitches.
