About Heinley
Long before stepping onto a stage or in front of a camera, my foundation was built on the mechanics of elite performance, dedication, and leadership. Growing up in athletics, I was fortunate to be a part of championship-winning teams in both high school and college. This early exposure to high-level discipline sparked a deep desire to help others succeed on an individual level. Aiming initially for a career in Physical Therapy, I earned my degree in Biology, which naturally transitioned into personal training. Within the fitness industry, I quickly climbed the ranks to lead over 60 employees in a high-stakes, high-revenue corporate environment. When the biotechnology sector called, I transitioned into biotech operations, again rising through the corporate ranks to direct large-scale clinical operations and consistently interface with executive leadership.
Then, on a dare, I was prompted to step on stage. It was a production of August Wilson’s Fences that completely enlightened me to my true purpose and inspired me to live my life as an actor.
Today, many classes, invaluable learning lessons, elite degrees, union affiliations, and industry victories later, I am proud to be a working artist and a dedicated ambassador to the craft. My parallel 20-year career in corporate leadership and biotechnology has proven invaluable, arming me with a deep understanding of high-stakes presentation, human behavior, and structural discipline.

I’ve spent two decades, all while climbing the corporate professional ladder in the Biotech space, fusing together a world-class, multi-disciplinary Actors toolkit from the absolute highest tiers of training on the planet - a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Acting from UNC Chapel Hill, along with complementary training at The Juilliard School of Drama, The Upright Citizens Brigade, The William Esper Studio, The Mason Gross School of the Arts, One on One NYC, and multiple group Scene Study/On-Camera courses to our sessions so that I can hand the keys over to you.
