About Jamiya
I've been dancing since I was three years old, and I've been really passionate about it my whole life. I was the dance captain in elementary, and high school, and have performed many times. Performing arts in general is a true passion and I hope to inspire many others.

We'd start by doing stretches and a little warm up, then we'll get right into it. I'd start by seeing how you dance a bit then I'll give mini critiques along the way. And if you think you "can't" dance, then you are wrong! Dancing is a really nice way to get exercise, and all it takes is just moving your body. As long as you're passionately moving with or without music, you're dancing! I think dancing is really fun, and it's great for the body, mentally, physically, and spiritually. We'd then come up with about two, eight counts just for the first lesson, then have it for the next lesson. Lastly, we'll end the lesson with deep breathing exercises. I help my niece in this field. I'm glad I get to do this for her, it helps her a lot at school. And I'm hoping to help a lot of other people too.
