About Derek
I've been teaching myself guitar since I was 9 years old, I can cover a range of styles ranging from blues to singer/songwriter.
My teaching style focuses more on adaptable guitar playing rather than a classical approach.
I’ve played in bands since 2013 till the present day and have played shows in Fort Collins for a few years since, I've recorded songs and produced my own music along with my sister’s music as well for the past 8 years.
