About Aimee

With more than 8 years of experience as a Guitar tutor, I have taught students from schools, colleges, and working professionals at different skill levels. I am committed to helping learners grow musically while enjoying the learning process.

My teaching philosophy is based on practice, understanding, and motivation. I believe that learning guitar is not just about memorising chords, but about understanding music and developing confidence. I guide students patiently and make sure they are comfortable before moving to the next level.

My lessons include guitar fundamentals, chords, scales, rhythm patterns, fingerstyle techniques, and song performance. I also introduce basic music theory to help students understand how music works. I use real songs and practical examples so students can see clear progress in their playing.

During my teaching career, I have helped many students prepare for stage performances, music exams, and personal milestones. Several students have gained the confidence to play in front of audiences and collaborate with other musicians.

I maintain a friendly and disciplined learning environment. I motivate students to practise regularly and believe in their abilities. My aim is to make guitar learning simple, enjoyable, and effective for every student.

About the lesson

I follow a practical and understanding-based teaching methodology for Guitar. My lessons focus on real-life examples so students can easily relate what they learn to actual playing situations. I use case studies such as how guitarists practise, perform, and overcome common learning problems.

Understanding the student is my first step. I carefully observe their learning pace, musical taste, and comfort level. Based on this, I design lessons that are simple, engaging, and effective. Communication is very important to me, so I explain each concept clearly and make sure students fully understand before moving forward.

I teach with honesty and integrity. I give clear guidance, realistic expectations, and constructive feedback. I help students build strong basics in hand positioning, chords, scales, and rhythm, which are essential for long-term progress.

My teaching includes regular practice routines, song learning, and technique improvement. Along with Guitar, I also teach relevant subjects like basic music theory, rhythm skills, and performance confidence. My aim is to help students develop both skill and understanding, so they can play Guitar with confidence and enjoyment.
