About Mika

Hi, I'm Mika. I'm a native Japanese tutor. I help beginners start speaking Japanese step by step, even from zero. From the very beginning, you will use Japanese and build confidence naturally. My lessons use simple Japanese, visual slides, and clear examples to help you understand everything without feeling lost. My goal is to help you move beyond grammar and start using Japanese in real conversations.
Even beginners can master grammar systematically and enjoyably using illustrations and slides! My lessons are conversation-focused, so you'll be able to immediately use the grammar and vocabulary you've learned to speak. Let's learn Japanese together and have fun!

About the lesson

・In every lesson, you will:
Practice speaking Japanese
Use new grammar in real conversation
Build confidence step by step
You will not just “study” Japanese—you will use it immediately.

・Beginner Japanese (Genki + Original Slides)
You will learn:
Hiragana & Katakana
Basic grammar step by step
Everyday vocabulary
Simple but useful conversations
We always practice speaking in every lesson, so you can start forming your own sentences naturally.

・Intermediate Japanese (Quartet)
For intermediate learners, we use Quartet to strengthen all four skills: Speaking Listening Reading Writing
You will also learn more natural expressions that Japanese people actually use in daily life.

・Business & Hospitality Japanese Before becoming a Japanese teacher, I worked for 10 years in a Japanese hotel and also in international trade. If you want to work in Japan or communicate in professional situations, I can help you learn:
Polite Japanese (Keigo)
Customer service Japanese
Hospitality expressions
Workplace communication
You will learn not just “correct Japanese,” but natural and respectful Japanese used in real situations.
