About Kasturi

Hi, I’m Kasturi. I’m a graduate in English and hold TOPIK Level 4 (recently retook the exam and awaiting results). I’ve been learning Korean for the past 4 years. My interest in the language started from Korean content and gradually developed into a deeper understanding of the language and culture.

I am also a winner of a Korean Speech Contest hosted by the King Sejong Institute, which gave me the opportunity to visit Korea and experience the language in a more practical, real-life setting.

I was also awarded Daesang (Grand Prize) at an international level in the same competition, which gave me the opportunity to attend a 6-month Korean language program in Korea.

I want to share my knowledge because I understand how confusing it can feel in the beginning. Having gone through that phase myself, I aim to make learning easier and more approachable for others.

I will guide you step by step so that you can learn comfortably without feeling overwhelmed.

About the lesson

My classes are designed especially for beginners who want to start learning Korean in a simple and comfortable way.

We will begin with Hangul (Korean alphabet) and gradually move to basic grammar, vocabulary, and simple sentence formation. I focus on making concepts easy to understand rather than rushing through topics.

Each class will be interactive and paced according to your comfort level. I will also include small practice exercises, revision, and speaking practice to help you build confidence.

My aim is to make learning Korean feel less overwhelming and more enjoyable, especially for those who are just starting out.

These classes are suitable for school students, college students, or anyone interested in learning Korean from scratch.
