About Tim
My degree is in Math Education. I have taught in public, private and charter schools as well as a private tutoring company. I built and entire math program from sixth grade arithmetic to intermediate algebra for a private school in only one school year. My emphasis is on reiteration of basic math rules and underlying life skills applications.

My emphasis is on reiteration of basic math rules and underlying life skill applications. I believe many people feel they don't like math because they were introduced to the basic rules too quickly and did not revisit them frequently while working through problems. I also believe most people are not shown how math skills are essential to surviving and thriving in their personal and employment environments.
