About Willow
Hi! I’m Willow, a native Mandarin speaker from Beijing now living in Toronto. I work full-time in a business company and also teach finance courses part-time, so I have solid experience explaining complex ideas clearly and helping students learn step by step. I can teach in English or Chinese depending on your comfort level, and I enjoy making lessons lively, engaging, and practical. I’m patient, approachable, and very dedicated — I take teaching seriously while keeping it fun! Since I’m based in Toronto, you’ll have the option to practice Mandarin outside of class as well — whether it’s chatting, exploring the language in real-life situations, or just extra practice at your own pace. This is perfect if you’re looking for a language partner, but it’s entirely up to you how much you want to engage outside lessons.
