I believe that there is no particular methodology . Every student has a different approach for different things. So my first attempt is to know my student and then teach according to his/her comfortability with patience. Further i would prefer motivating the student for his/her achievements rather than disgracing them for their failures. Learning is important but teaching with moral values is much more important. I always want the student to excel academically as well as in life
