About Brecht
I am a Sommelier - Conseil for the Université du Vin de Suze-la-Rousse, Côtes du Rhone, France and for the Flemish Academy of Wine, Ghent, Belgium since 2011. Previously I studied at the prestigious Spermalie gastronomy school in Bruges, Belgium. I have worked in several high-level restaurants as a Sommelier and I am currently an Executive Chef for a private airline.
