I offer one on one 30–60-minute lessons. My lesson plans are catered to the needs and wants of my clients. I keep everyone involved informed on where students are in our curriculum and what should be practiced while not in lesson. I use a leveled curriculum starting at water introduction and all the way to swim team prep, swimming stroke development, and prep for military certification. Along with swim skills I also go over water safety and making sure everyone is comfortable in the water. Safety is always #1 next to building a healthy relationship with the water and confidence in the abilities of my students.
