About Florence
I seek to plant seeds that will blossom in each person who listens to me and watches my lessons. We will grow together, break cycles, and I will teach you how to be your own friend and companion. You will learn to give yourself everything you need before you start giving to others.

I love cooking; I've been cooking since I was very young. I like to say that everything starts to change when we pay attention to what we eat. I want to show you my lifestyle, with my recipes, my routines, and my habits. I understand that it's difficult to make changes, and even more difficult to make them sustainable. I strive to be better every day, and it's a pleasure for me to share what has helped me grow.
